THE MASON, Multi-family Residence. Everett, MA

A multifamily project located in Everett, MA, comprises two six-story buildings accommodating a total of 650 residential units spread across more than 900,000 square feet of construction. Strategically designed within a former industrial area, this development maximizes the site's potential, fostering a lively residential community.

Each building is organized around a central courtyard, promoting a sense of community among residents. The amenities cater to diverse needs, offering features such as swimming pools, grilling areas, and lounging spots. Internally, the buildings boast coworking spaces, gyms, clubhouses, and entertainment options like golf simulators, enhancing the overall resident experience.

Parking is located in two multi-story structures, allowing for open-air ventilation and with residential units on three sides. The ground-level retail spaces facing Vale Street contribute to a bustling streetscape, hosting coffee shops and a landscape sidewalk, creating an inviting and vibrant ambiance.
